Payroll Services

We offer weekly, biweekly, bimonthly and monthly payroll services for salaried and hourly employees. Depending on your needs, our office can print the checks for you and send (via hand delivery or overnight) to your office, send you the information for you to print the checks, or facilitate direct deposit for the paychecks.

We will handle everything necessary in preparing your payroll:

1. New employee setup, time entry, check creation, tax summary, and check delivery.
2. Direct deposit, payroll data for handwritten checks, or overnight checks
3. Data processing and reports management
4. Monthly, Quarterly & Annual employment tax filings for the company and employees (federal and state)

We will inform your business of any weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual payroll liabilities. We also offer the ability to make the payments electronically on the business’ behalf.

If necessary, we also work with your company to apply for the proper federal/state permits for the business, ie unemployment, withholding, workers compensation, etc. We also assure you that all taxes and other withholdings are done properly and in accordance with federal and state regulations.

Our fees for payroll services begin at $50 per month.
